CHARACTERISTICS

  • Hourly flow rates for water from + 20 ° C to + 3 ° C: 45, 60 and 90 depending on the single tank models
  • Hourly flow rates for water from + 20 ° C to + 1 ° C: 120 and 180 depending on the double tank models
  • Exclusive principle of operation based on the circulation of water from the general network, in a stainless steel exchanger immersed in an ice water bath
  • No draft pump required: water circulation ensured by mains pressure (connection 3/4, 20 × 27)

CONSTRUCTION

  • Evaporator formed of a copper tube, in which the refrigerant circulates (R134A) – the separate networks of fluid and water avoid any risk of pollution of the casting water
  • Hermetic group-housed
  • Food Grade Polyester Insulated Vessel – The Continuous Flow Chiller Principle Removes Any Risk of Bacterial Contamination Due to Stagnant Water
  • Double circuit stainless steel exchanger
  • The thickness of the ice bank formed around the evaporator is controlled by a regulator
  • Enhanced refrigerant exchange with 2 agitators
