Measure the instant temperature of the dough, keeping it always under control. Possibility to set the maximum temperature to avoid overheating the dough.
LED LIGHTS FOR LIGHTING THE MIX
The light inside the tank allows the dough to be kept under control in all processing phases.
INVERTER
Thanks to the inverter technology the spiral speed can be adapted to the type of dough, ranging from 70 rpm for hard dough, from 45% hydration, to 300 rpm for doughs up to 100% hydration.
QUEEN LINE SPIRAL MIXER
Available in single motor 230V / 50Hz / 1ph versions, ideal for mixtures with 60% hydration, or dual motor 400V / 50Hz / 3ph, ideal for 45% hydration and intensive use.
